2. Account Registration

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Subscription Plans

• Free Tier: Limited to 10,000 events/month with basic features
• Paid Plans: Billed monthly or annually with varying event limits
• Usage Limits: If you exceed your plan limits, you may be charged overage fees or restricted

4.2 Billing

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on file
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice
• Refunds are provided at our discretion, typically pro-rated
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

5. Data and Privacy

You are responsible for:

• Obtaining proper consent from your website visitors for data collection
• Complying with applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
• Providing adequate privacy notices on your website
• Not collecting sensitive personal information without explicit consent
• Responding to data subject requests (access, deletion, etc.)

6. Intellectual Property

Our Rights: All intellectual property in the Service (code, design, logos, trademarks) belongs to TinyTap Analytics. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without permission.

Your Rights: You retain all rights to your data and content. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process your data as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

Service Availability: We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with notice when possible.

Disclaimer: The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, be error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TinyTap Analytics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold TinyTap Analytics harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your violation of applicable laws or regulations

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Fail to pay fees when due
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Pose a security risk to the Service or other users

Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately. You remain responsible for all charges accrued before termination.

11. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
